Rules and regulations for staying at our hotel

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our booking website or checking in at Hotel Grand Inn. By making a reservation or staying at our property, you agree to be bound by these policies.

1. Booking and Reservations

  • Guests must be at least 18 years of age to book a room.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, driving license, or Voter ID card) is mandatory for check-in for all guests. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and tourist visa.
  • Reservations are subject to room availability and rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

2. Check-In & Check-Out Policies

  • Standard Check-In time: 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
  • Standard Check-Out time: 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to nominal fee additions and availability.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to check-in date: Full refund of deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of check-in: 50% cancellation charges apply.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of check-in: 100% room rent charge.
  • Refund processing takes 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment mode.

4. Guest Conduct & Property Damage

We want all our guests to have a safe and comfortable stay. Therefore, we expect guests to observe the following rules:

  • Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure comfort for all residents.
  • Any damage caused to the hotel property (linen, electronics, furniture, structure) by guests will be billed to the guest's folio on checkout.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room quarters and is only allowed in designated outdoor smoking zones.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hotel Grand Inn is not responsible for the loss of valuable personal items, cash, or jewelry left inside rooms. Digital safes are provided in rooms for convenience. The hotel's maximum liability is limited to the total value of room bookings paid by the guest.

6. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published directly on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
